Carlyn, thank you for pointing out that our sons deserve better.

I was disappointed, but not surprised at all, to read the number of "well, it is men's fault" comments.

It is not men who are writing "must be over 6', make 6 figures, etc, etc"

If you are making these comments, you are part of the problem.
