Few people hate children. Lots of us hate going somewhere we view as a treat and having some little shit scream, run around like they are at the park, etc, etc.

And then the parents shrugging as if to say "well, we all know that there is NO solution to this so you just have to like it."

It's not really a ban on kids as much as a ban on shitty parents.
