I am not condoning staring like an idiot. Catcalling or otherwise acting like an idiot. And no, her dress does not allow men to touch her without her permssion.

A few years ago I watched Conan O'Brien interview Nicole Scherzinger. Nicole was wearing a very low cut dress revealing quite a bit of her cleavage.

At one point she chided Conan for looking at her breasts. "Up here, Conan. My eyes are up here."

And of course Conan is supposed to be embarrassed for doing this. What a monster!

And I thought "then why did she get the implants and that dress if not to have people look at her breasts?"
