I fell profoundly in love with both of my kids as soon as they were born. I did all of the 2AM feedings for both kids.

My first, our daughter, was just a great baby. Woke up, ate, went back to sleep. She was easy.

My second, our son, never slept the first year of his life. I would have returned him but we lost the receipt.

(He was great after that!)
