It’s not whether you win or lose, it’s how you play the game

This is absolutely true, especially for little kids. Yes, when they get older winning matters.

How you play the game can have many meanings. Some people like "just have fun." Well, what if it is fun for you to shoot every time and never pass?

So we should be encouraging kids to play hard, and fair. Giving effort, putting the team first, being a good teammate.

To me these things are super important.
