Both of my names are difficult. And I use my middle name, further complicating things.

I suggest that we stop looking for things which offend us. To me, someone mispronuncing my name is not a big deal. I have bigger salmon to saute.

I know that not everybody will agree with me. Clearly you don’t. And that is ok. We’ve never met and almost certainly never will.
