Totally agreed. All chorea and childcare should be split 50/50 as much as possible.

Now, I have a few complaints.

Did all these women marry and expect the man to change? If so, that is kinda stupid. If he was a selfish A-hole before marriage, what would make you think he'll change?

I personally did all the 2 AM feedings for both children. I did most of the housework and laundry for many years. While my ex had no job outside of the home.

I got no benefit from her not working. Our kids did, but I always was treated like a rented mule. I frequently came home and had no dinner. And I was told I had to clean the kitchen before I went to bed.

Shockingly, I left her.
