Wow, this comes off as very angry. Dating is supposed to be fun, or at least somewhat enjoyable. I did all the things you say don't do, except I never ordered for a date.

I got lots of compliments on my manners, and lots more dates.

In my experience (I said mine, not yours) women appreciated me acting like a gentleman.
